What a crazy week. Some days are just challenging ones where it takes everything I have to keep myself from pulling all of my hair out. I talk a lot about happiness, pushing forward, and overcoming fear on this blog, but that doesn’t mean that there aren’t times when I’m not losing my shit too. What’s been helpful though is that now I’m starting to really understand that every problem has a solution. I just have to be patient and look for the silver-lining. Sometimes a self-help book (or twelve– I’m addicted to them) like the one pictured remind me to just keep breathing.
This weekend I’m looking forward to spending some time outside. I hope you have some fun plans too, and I’ll see you here next week!
